Employment: Primarily for Weekends & Evenings - Part-Time & Full-Time
Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 per Service Hour DOE + 100% Tips + Annual Bonus + Paid Time Off (PTO)

What We're Looking For
Valid Esthetician License in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
Experience: ideally 2-5+ years in a spa/skincare environment
Proficiency in a range of esthetic services: custom facials, chemical peels, waxing/hair removal, skin consultations, product recommendations
Strong communication skills: you’ll educate, engage and build client loyalty
Sales aptitude: recommending home-care regimens & products is part of the role
Detail-oriented, high-quality workmanship, professionalism, punctuality
A growth mindset: you’re committed to developing new skills and embracing innovation
Alignment with our spa culture: earthy, health-conscious, minimalist, essential-oil-centric environment
