EN Spa Cancellation Policy
At EN Spa, we reserve time specifically for you. To protect our therapists’ schedules and ensure availability for all guests, we require the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to a 50% charge of the service booked.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us, this is considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
