How do EN Spa memberships work?
EN Spa memberships provide monthly service credits that can be used toward eligible massage or esthetic services. Members also receive exclusive perks, priority waitlist placement, and 10% off additional services.
What membership plans does EN Spa offer?
EN Spa offers four monthly membership plans: Essential Care (60 minutes), Signature Care (90 minutes), Encore Essential (two 60-minute credits), and Encore Signature (two 90-minute credits).
Do membership credits roll over if I don’t use them?
Yes. Unused membership credits roll over and remain banked on your account as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel your membership, unused credits are forfeited.
Can I use my membership credit for massage or facial services?
Yes. Membership credits may be used toward eligible massage services or esthetic services, including many facial treatments.
Do EN Spa memberships include a discount?
Yes. All membership plans include 10% off additional massage and esthetic services. Membership discounts do not apply to promotional offers or already-discounted packages.
What are the complimentary weekday morning enhancements?
Members receive one complimentary enhancement per qualifying visit for weekday appointments booked before 11:00 AM (subject to availability). Eligible enhancements include Hot Stones, Cupping, Symphony of the Cells Essential Oils, facial waxing add-ons, HydroJelly Mask, and extractions.
Is there a minimum commitment for membership?
Yes. EN Spa memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, memberships continue month-to-month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships may be canceled after the 3-month minimum commitment with 30 days written notice. Membership billing continues during the notice period.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Membership credits and benefits are non-transferable. However, Encore members receive one complimentary 60-minute guest pass annually during their birthday month (active members only).
